Quiet Thanks allows you to manually export your journal.

If you choose to create a backup, you decide where it is stored, such as:

These backups are created only when you request them.

You can begin using the app immediately without providing any personal credentials.

Deleting the app removes locally stored data unless you have created your own backup.
